Combining multiple existing retail sites in the newly refurbished terminal 3 at Sydney Airport, Morgia-Giffen were engaged to deliver a new offering from the Icebergs brand, in collaboration with Lazzarini Pickering Architetti,

While the backdrop has shifted from beachside cliffs to concourse bustle, Icebergs’ DNA remains unchanged, with the space drawing deeply on the emotive palette of Bondi: turquoise water, foamy waves, sandy shores and sky horizons.

The venue embraces curves, battened screens and layers to create a series of interconnected yet distinct areas, allowing guests to experience Icebergs in multiple formats:

- Wine Bar and Dining (full service à la carte menu) - Bar and Kitchen (casual bar and kitchen menu)
- Caffè to go (take away coffee and snacks accessible directly from the concourse)
